You can send us as many requests as you’d like throughout the month, and we’ll take care of them for you quickly and efficiently.

All you need to do is share the content you want posted—whether it’s a new blog, updated text on a page, additional images for a gallery, new FAQs, changes to your team members, or even adding products to your online store. Simply provide the details, and our team will handle the rest.

Note: If a request requires adding a brand-new section or functionality that involves design or development, we’ll let you know in advance and provide a clear estimate before moving forward.

If that ever happens, you won’t be left on your own. Our team will be right by your side to resolve the issue. We’ll restore your website to a recent backup, remove any malware, and ensure everything is back up and running smoothly. With us, you can rest assured that your website is always in safe hands.

How do you store backups?

We keep your website safe with multiple backup layers. All backups are securely stored in the cloud, and we also maintain a local version of your site. This means that at any given time, we have three versions of your website ready to be restored whenever needed.

How does support work?

When you choose any of our Website Care Packages, you gain direct access to our support team for ongoing assistance. If you ever need additional features or changes beyond what’s included in your package, we’ll review your request and provide you with a clear, upfront estimate before moving forward.

How does the billing work?

We set up all Website Care Packages on auto-payment through our accounting system, with billing occurring on the same date each month from the start of service until you choose to cancel. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, despite our attempts to notify you, we reserve the right to provide you with a full backup of your website and remove it from our servers.

Do I have any restrictions on the content I can host?

We require all clients to comply with our content guidelines. While we do not actively monitor your website content, we strictly prohibit the hosting of pornographic, racist, sexist, or violent material. Since we carefully choose who we work with, this is rarely an issue. However, if we are made aware of a violation, we reserve the right to provide you with a full site backup and immediately suspend hosting services.
